Jon is a long time P&G technical expert and manager with extensive global business development & operations experience spanning Asia, Latin America and Middle East-Africa markets. Much of Jon’s experience with P&G included, personal, baby and feminine care, including stints in product development and manufacturing both in the US and abroad.  Jon’s key specific skills include business and financial analytics, intellectual property strategy, quality management systems and supply chain management and simulation.  

Jon’s proven results in leveraging engineering expertise to grow sales and market share coupled with a passion for coaching and mentoring provide for collaboratively building an organization to both achieve corporate and customer goals while fulfilling individual talent potential.

Jon lives with his wife and young children in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Jon received a BS in chemical and biomolecular engineering from Cornell University.
