David specializes in helping companies develop strategic goals and implementing those goals throughout the tactical phases. Dave has over 30 years experience in innovative product development, business management, operations, engineering and plant management including highly technical analysis and testing. Dave brings a breadth of experience developing successful solutions for business growth from initial ideation through implementation and post launch evaluation. Dave deeply understands the importance of being successful in all aspects of business operations from marketing/sales to product offerings to product innovation to operations to finance to costs and ultimately to bottom line results.  While a Professional Engineer (PE), Dave is a recognized expert in all aspects of heat transfer related to buildings, building components, and building material properties; their effect on heat, moisture and air transport in buildings; and the implications for building energy performance and longevity; and the relationship of these factors for building science.

Dave views the most important asset of any organization are its people, their skills, enthusiasm and dedication to the goals of the organization. Through focusing on the fundamentals any organization can achieve its goals.

Dave holds a BSME with a minor in Business Administration plus MS work at Colorado State

University.  Dave lives Charlotte, NC and his twins Ganen and Kirsten both proudly serve their country as an F-18 pilot and the USS George Bush and as a US Naval officer and nurse respectively.
