Bob has focused his entire career in the advancement & commercialization of high-performance specialty chemical based products and maximizing intrinsic realized value in the commercial marketplace, for both B2B industrial market segments and in consumer products. His mantra is “helping business grow profitably and ethically”.  Bob is a recognized global expert on the adhesives, sealants, coatings and polymer industry and in detailed value chain analysis.

With over 35 years of successful business experience on a global level, Bob brings a unique perspective to stakeholders having held meaningful assignments in advanced manufacturing environments, sourcing, product development, marketing management, product management and significant experience in mergers & acquisitions, business valuation, and funding.   Bob has experience working with Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, privately held firms, consulting platforms (over a decade of consulting experience).  Most recently, Bob served as the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for Bioformix, Inc. now Sirrus, Inc.

Bob currently lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with wife Anna and they have three grown sons.  Bob holds degrees in Natural & Synthetic Polymer Chemistry from the SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry and Syracuse University and has done graduate work in business and marketing at RPI, Indiana University(Kelly School of Business) and Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management)
