June is an expert in consumer insights, visioning, and product development. In her 31 years at Procter & Gamble, she transformed multiple product categories by identifying non-obvious consumer insights that inspired breakthrough product innovation and brand building strategies. Her successes led to her appointment to Products Research Fellow, an elite group of global consumer understanding experts. She led the creation of a cross-category consumer motivational model and used it to re-organize the multi-billion-dollar Personal Cleansing category. June developed a market evolution model that helped grow the global Safeguard brand. She refocused the Pet Care category from one dependent on influencer credentialing to one more mass marketable while leading the upstream innovation program.
June’s experience as a team facilitator and trainer, give her a unique ability to bring teams of scientists and marketers together to solve complex problems.
